Made to Order

Most products from The Urban Flair are made to order. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory while making each item specifically for the customer who ordered it.

Processing Time

Most made-to-order items are typically prepared within 2–7 business days. Processing time can vary by product, order volume and season. Any shipping estimate begins after processing is complete.

If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced or shipped separately at no additional charge.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when your order ships. You can check the latest status on our Track My Order page.

Tracking can take a little time to update after a shipping label is created. A label does not necessarily mean the carrier has scanned the package yet.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier and shipping service selected. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, holidays, customs and other delays outside our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 calendar days of the latest estimated delivery date. Reporting an issue within this window gives us time to review tracking and investigate with the carrier. We may be unable to provide a replacement or refund for delivery issues first reported after this window.

Orders placed through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s buyer-protection rules.
