Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course—when it's eligible. Start a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery. The item must be completely unused and unworn, in resellable condition, and returned with its original packaging. Opening the packaging to inspect it is fine.

Wait for your request to be approved and for private return instructions before mailing anything back. The return mailing address is not published.

What does a return cost?

Approved standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges aren't refunded, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed after the eligible product is received and inspected.

How do exchanges work?

You may place your replacement order before or after you send the original item back. Either sequence is fine. If the original reaches us and a replacement order hasn't been placed, it is handled as a standard return and the 15% restocking fee applies. You pay return postage and any shipping charges for the replacement order; original shipping isn't refundable.

Which items are final sale?

All custom or personalized items, plus the following older device variations, cannot be returned or exchanged for choosing the wrong model or changing your mind.

Items expressly described as final sale in a specific offer also aren't eligible for ordinary returns. Incorrectly supplied products, qualifying manufacturing defects, and legal consumer rights are handled separately.
