The quality/shipping and customer service is always 10/10 with urbanflair. I've bought multiple cases through them and will continue to do so. My only observation with the tortoise case is that it's more blue than teal in color. Regardless, the case is gorgeous and will definitely protect my phone.

Absolutely love my new case! It's super cute, and my last case (from Amazon) didn't have the MagSafe ring as described so I'm excited I can finally use the holder I bought! Shipping was a little long, but to be expected when the seller is on the opposite coast, and I was contacted about delivery by the seller before the postal service had even updated the delivery status! All in all, I highly recommend!

I accidentally order two cases. I got in touch with the seller and one of the orders was immediately refunded. I also noticed the address the case was being sent to was incorrect. I let the seller know my correct address and without any problem I received my case on time and to the correct address. Super cute! Careful if you try to clean it with a disinfectant wipe the color comes off a bit but it didn't ruin the design.
