When I was worried about my case getting delivered due to the Canada post strike, Allie put my mind at ease! She made sure to explain how the strike impacted my order, how she was watching it, and that if it didn't come in a set time she'd be willing to offer a refund or a replacement. Luckily I did not need either! The item is beautiful but the way Allie made me feel like an important customer is what truly made this a stellar experience, will for sure be buying from her again.
