Every The Urban Flair product includes a one-year limited warranty from the date it was delivered. We stand behind our printing and craftsmanship, and we'll review issues involving eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.
What's covered?
Examples include a qualifying print-quality problem, a manufacturing defect, or an issue with the product's construction that isn't caused by ordinary wear or accidental damage. Each claim is reviewed individually using the product details, purchase information, and photos.
What's not covered?
Normal wear and tear, ordinary scratches or scuffs, naturally occurring yellowing, damage from accidents or drops, improper care, modifications, loss or theft, and damage to the phone or device inside the accessory are not covered by this product warranty.
How a claim works
- Complete the Warranty Claim form with your order details and clear photos or video.
- We'll review the submitted information and approve or deny the claim. We may request additional evidence before making a decision.
- If a warranty replacement is approved, you'll pay the replacement shipping charge after approval, before the replacement ships. There's no charge just to submit the claim.
Have a problem with an item that arrived incorrect or damaged? You can report it using the same specific product-issue form; those situations are evaluated separately from a normal-wear warranty claim.
This warranty does not exclude legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
