We stand behind our products. Eligible The Urban Flair products include a complimentary 1-Year Limited Warranty covering qualifying manufacturing and craftsmanship defects under normal use.
What May Be Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Craftsmanship or construction failures
- Premature product failure that is not the result of normal wear, misuse or accidental damage
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs or cosmetic wear
- Natural yellowing or discoloration of clear materials over time
- Damage caused by drops, accidents, misuse, modification or improper care
- Damage to a phone, watch, Kindle, AirPods or other device used with our products
- Damage caused while installing, removing or using another accessory
- Lost, stolen or misplaced products
Submitting a Claim
Please submit one claim per item and include your original order information plus clear photos or video showing the issue.
Approved replacement claims may require a shipping fee. If a fee applies, it will be provided as part of the claim resolution.
Good to Know
Warranty eligibility is reviewed individually. We may request additional photos, information or return of the original item when needed to evaluate a claim.
The warranty applies to the TUF product itself and does not cover damage to devices or other personal property.
