The Urban Flair 1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products, so nearly all of them come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty! If you experience any issues within this period, simply submit our Warranty Claim Form, and we’ll make it right. All approved claims require a small re-shipping fee for a hassle-free replacement. 🤗
At A Glance
The Urban Flair provides a one-year warranty on eligible products to cover defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, subject to the terms outlined below.
- Proof of Purchase: Please save your order confirmation email or receipt, as this will be required to file a warranty claim.
- No Product Registration Required: Claim forms are accessible at any time.
- Claims Reviewed Promptly: We’ll review all claims within 7 business days.
- Separate Claims Per Item: Submit a separate form for each item, even if they are from the same order.
Eligibility
The Urban Flair will replace products that prove to be defective due to manufacturing, craftsmanship, or design issues, subject to the terms of this warranty. Examples of eligible claims include:
- Manufacturer-related defects
- Craftsmanship flaws
- Significant design wear with normal use (e.g., broken band loop, peeling or chipping, cracked or separated seams)
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor scuffs or surface scratches
- Expected yellowing of clear TPU material (see our guide on preventing yellowing for tips on care)
- Misuse, abuse, or modifications made to the product
- Damage to devices used with or alongside our products
- Damage due to accessory removal, such as removing a phone grip
- Stolen, lost, or misplaced items
Filing a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please complete our designated Warranty Claim Form (linked below) and include:
- Receipt or Screenshot as Proof of Purchase
- Original Order ID
- Photo(s) or Video(s) of the Issue
Re-Shipping Fee
Upon approval, you’ll be required to pay a re-shipping fee of $4.50 per item for replacements within the U.S. For international claims, we’ll confirm the shipping rate upon approval.
Terms of Service
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge:
- We reserve the right to deny claims that are ineligible based on these terms.
- Replacements will be of the exact model, design, and device compatibility as the original purchase.
- Each claim requires a re-shipping fee per item, regardless of order size.
- Replacements are processed within the same production timeline as new orders, typically fulfilled in 1-3 business days but potentially up to 7.
Additional Terms
The Urban Flair reserves the right to request the return of items for inspection at the customer’s expense if necessary. If an item is returned and deemed ineligible, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Urban Flair is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any warranty breach, including any costs associated with data recovery, property replacement, or product usage.
