Remove the case before cleaning it. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry completely before putting it back on your phone. For Tough Cases, clean and dry the rigid shell and black bumper separately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, and rough scrubbing over printed artwork.

Clear phone cases

Clear materials can naturally yellow over time. Heat, ultraviolet exposure, oils, and everyday use may speed up yellowing. Wipe gently and avoid harsh chemicals.

Wallet and Kindle cases

The exterior material has a physical texture; the decorative design is printed. Use a soft cloth, blot away moisture and air-dry naturally. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and alcohol-based cleaning products. Prints that look metallic, glittery, wooden or stone-like are printed effects, not those actual materials.

Apple Watch bands

These are everyday fashion bands rather than dedicated swimming or high-intensity exercise bands. Remove the band before cleaning and use a soft cloth. Let it dry completely before wearing. Avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged soaking.

AirPods and AirPods Max cases

Remove the accessory cover before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry completely before reinstalling.

When something seems wrong

If you believe you're seeing a manufacturing defect rather than ordinary wear, submit the specific Product Issue & Warranty Request with clear photos or video. Every product includes a one-year limited warranty starting on delivery for qualifying manufacturing defects.
