Most The Urban Flair products are made to order. Phone cases and other non-wallet products typically take 1–3 business days to prepare. Wallet phone cases typically take 4–6 business days.

Demand, stock, new phone releases and holidays can affect production, so please allow up to 7 business days before reporting a processing delay. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Then, it's on its way.

You'll receive tracking when your order ships. You can also see how to find your tracking details. A label may be created before a package receives its first carrier scan. Items in the same order may ship separately, at no additional split-shipment charge.

When will it arrive?

Carrier delivery estimates depend on where the parcel is going, the carrier and service, weather, customs, and other factors. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Paying for a faster carrier service doesn't automatically accelerate production.

Need to change an order?

Orders can enter production quickly, so address or device changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed, even immediately after ordering. Choose the appropriate issue in the Order Change Request and submit it right away.

Missing, late or delivered-but-not-found?

Review tracking and confirm the shipping address, check all delivery locations and lockers, and ask household members or building staff where applicable. The carrier may be able to confirm a scan or delivery location. If those checks don't resolve it, use the Shipping & Delivery Issue form and specify which checks you've completed.

Delivery problems should be reported within 30 calendar days of the latest carrier tracking scan. Each case is reviewed individually; submitting a report doesn't guarantee a particular resolution.

International shipping

Customs processing may affect delivery. Your destination country may assess duties, taxes or import fees that aren't included in our product or shipping charges and are the recipient's responsibility where applicable.
