Eligible unused items may be exchanged when the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

How an Exchange Works

1. Place a new order for the replacement item you would like. The replacement order should be of equal or greater value.
2. Send the original item back within 7 days of the replacement order date to:

   Please use a carrier that can deliver to a PO Box.
3. Keep your return tracking. You are responsible for the package until it is delivered back to us.
4. Once the original item is received and approved, the eligible product amount from the original order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchange Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original, resellable condition.
• Custom or personalized items and items sold as final sale are not eligible.
• Original and return shipping charges are not included in the refund.
• Items sent without following the exchange process, received outside the allowed timeframe or lost in return transit may not be eligible for a refund.
