COVID-19 Related Updates at The Urban Flair
As everyone is well aware at this point, the recent COVID -19 outbreak has much of the world in a tizzy.
Thankfully, however, The Urban Flair is healthy, well and operating at close to a normal pace to date. We will continue to update this page as/if anything changes related to fulfillment!
Currently, we are not anticipating stock/fulfillment related hang-ups and orders can still be expected to ship in 7 business days or less on average.
As things continue to unfold over the next few weeks, however, we do greatly appreciate your patience and flexibility with us if things do happen to change.
Additionally, and although unlikely, there is a chance that some orders may end up shipping from one of our overseas fulfillment centers if any stock related issues do arise in the forseeable future. Because we are extremely dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, this will likely occur quickly and without prior notice. If this is an immediate issue for you, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order for further assistance.
Lastly, postal carriers world-wide continue to be swamped (in a similar —or perhaps even heavier— fashion than that the yearly Black Friday rush ensues) due to the increasing number of online sales being placed. Please keep this in mind and exercise patience while your packages are in transit. The Urban Flair will continue to get orders out as quickly as possible but can predict that there will be increasingly more cases of slightly delayed delivery as the next few weeks unfold.
